    To guarantee smooth operations during the 2021 Spring Festival travel rush, China Railway Chengdu Group has made some renovations and maintenance work in southwest China’s Chengdu City.

    Chinese authorities will take measures to ensure safe and smooth travels during this especially busy period when around 296 million trips are expected to be made by rail. Due to COVID-19, the pre-sale of train tickets is down nearly 60 percent from last year.
