    The Chancellor has defended cutting the foreign aid budget in his Spending Review, saying he was trying to reflect the interests of the British public. Speaking to Kay Burley on Sky News, Rishi Sunak said the COVID-19 pandemic has meant he’s had to make “difficult choices, of which aid was one of them”.
