CCTV: Manila casino attacker’s last moments as he enters casino, sets it on fire

CCTV footage released by police on Sunday showed the Resorts World Manila attacker moving through the building starting fires, setting gambling tables alight and stealing gambling chips on Friday.
Philippine national Jessie Carlos Javier, 42, was a former employee of the Department of Finance, a gambling addict and in debt. He had been banned from entering casinos following a request made by his wife. At least 36 people died, mostly from suffocation, and over 54 were injured in the blaze.
