The Victorian construction industry was shut down for at least two weeks over “widespread non-compliance” and in response to the violent protests outside the state’s CFMEU headquarters in Melbourne. Construction workers are planning another protest in Melbourne today. Children under 18 in NSW can now gather in groups of three to meet up as they all live within the same LGA or within five kilometres of home. Adults supervising will need to be fully vaccinated.
