Budapest, Hungary requires shoppers, commuters to wear face masks

Hungary is set to fine-tune lockdown measures, after imposing a blanket curfew over the entire population. The new rules will kick in from early May. In the capital Budapest, the government has required people to wear masks outdoors. Isobel Ewing has more.
