Bubonic plague is coming? | #PollyBites

Apparently, there’s a case of bubonic plague in Mongolia. And because it’s 2020, that means we’ll probably all have a dose of it by the weekend.
Or not. Because, despite a few scare stories, it turns out that small breakouts of the Black Death are quite common, and the media is just a little bit trigger happy with tales of pandemics at the moment.
