In #France, university parties and social events contributed to most of the clusters in September. So should the #youth bear the blame for this brutal second wave sweeping across Europe? No, according to epidemiologist Viviane Kovess-Masfety and MCBG Conseil’s President Philippe Moreau-Chevrolet. The second wave is already here. The lockdown is already here. It’s pointless to play the blame game. The entire population needs to form a united front facing the pandemic.
