    Brussels on Monday announced it will shut down all cultural events for three weeks, and close gyms, pools, museums and theatres, mandate mask-wearing in public, and bring forward its curfew. FRANCE 24 correspondent Dave Keating reports the capital city’s measures go beyond the national restrictions.
