The ACT Supreme Court has been told Brittany Higgins did not seek medical treatment for her alleged rape but did take a pregnancy test weeks later, while working on the federal election campaign in Perth.
More of Ms Higgins’s police interviews were played to the jury on the second day of the trial for her alleged rapist Bruce Lehrmann.
Mr Lehrmann, a former Liberal staffer, is accused of raping his then colleague Ms Higgins at Parliament House, after the pair had been out drinking in March 2019.
He has pleaded not guilty to the charge and denies having sex with Ms Higgins.
