The Telegraph published this video item, entitled “British Airways’ last Boeing 747 departs for final time” – below is their description.
British Airways’ last Boeing 747 planes bade farewell to London as the airliner retired its entire jumbo jet fleet after COVID-19 curtailed most air travel. Once the world’s largest operator of the 747, BA had put an end to an era for the “Queen of the skies” which brought long-haul flights to the masses, and removed all 31 jumbo jets from its flying fleet. The final flights from London’s Heathrow airport were witnessed by BA staff and engineers who lined up to see them off, under cloud and driving rain.
