The 2021 Brit Awards is to go ahead with an audience of 4,000 as part of the government’s live events pilot scheme.

Audience members, over half of whom will be key workers, will not be socially distanced nor wear masks once seated, the organisers have said. The indoor ceremony will take place at London’s O2 Arena next month.

They will, however, need proof of a negative lateral flow test result to enter the venue and will be required to provide details to NHS Test and Trace and follow government guidance while travelling.
