BREAKING: US cuts interest rates to near zero over coronavirus

The US Federal Reserve has announced an emergency cut in interest rates to near zero due to the coronavirus outbreak.

President Donald Trump has also urged the public to stop hoarding groceries, telling Americans to “take it easy” and “relax”.
