    Health Secretary Matt Hancock explained the decision to MP’s speaking of the areas announced having an infection rate that have over 100 cases per 100,000 which he called ‘concerning. It will mean people will be banned from meeting those from other households indoors, whether that’s in their home or in a pub from Saturday. The three-tier system for England was unveiled by Prime Minister Boris Johnson in a bid to simplify the rules, as countries see a winter spike.
