    The Prime Minister has said that plans for a European Super League would be ‘very damaging’ for football.

    Liverpool, Manchester United, Manchester City, Chelsea, Tottenham and Arsenal are all reported to be have given their support to the breakaway.

    This move would mean more matches against the games elite, but the plans for a ‘Super League’ has drawn condemnation from the football authorities and fans, as well as the Prime Minister.
