    The leader of the Liberal Democrats has told Sky News the party’s by-election win in Chesham and Amersham will send “shockwaves” across the UK and wants to build on the result.

    The stunning result saw Sarah Green defeat Conservative candidate Peter Fleet by a majority of 8,028.
