    The Health Secretary Matt Hancock has said the threat of Coronavirus “remains grave and serious”, as he confirmed London will move into the Tier 2 category from midnight on Friday. It means households will no longer be able to mix indoors, including in pubs and restaurants, and people are being advised to avoid public transport.
