Neath Port Talbot, Vale of Glamorgan and Torfaen will join many other parts of the UK in being subject to local COVID-19 restrictions from 6pm on Monday. The action will affect more than 360,000 people and means half of Welsh local authority areas will soon be under specialised measures. Residents will not be able to meet people from other households indoors and licensed premises will not be allowed to serve alcohol after 10pm. People will not be allowed to enter or leave these areas without a reasonable excuse, like traveling for work or education. #coronavirus #COVID19 #UKSky News YouTube Channel
