    Education Secretary Gavin Williamson says GCSE and A-Level exams in England will be cancelled and replaced by assessments, saying ‘we’ll trust teachers, not algorithms’.

    It was announced this week that schools will stay closed until at least mid-February to stem the spread of COVID-19.
