Transport Secretary Grant Shapps reveals Ibiza, Majorca and Menorca are being moved onto the government’s amber travel list.

The government minister said the move will take effect from 4am on Monday, meaning those not double-jabbed or under 18 have to quarantine on their return to the UK.

The move comes just two weeks after the islands were moved to the green watchlist.
