    Former Brazilian President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva has blasted the country’s government for mishandling the pandemic and economy. It’s his first speech since a judge threw out both of his corruption convictions, but he’s yet to reveal whether he’ll run in next year’s election. Yvonne Yong reports.
