Brazil: Impeachment trial proceeding suspended

The second day of suspended Brazilian President Dilma Rousseff’s impeachment trial has had to be put on hold, after a shouting match between senators.
Rousseff is accused of manipulating government accounts to disguise the extent of Brazil’s deficit just before her 2014 re-election.
