    The Prime Minister has warned Brussels during the G7 summit that he will not hesitate to take unilateral measures to protect the position of Northern Ireland in the increasingly bitter row over post-Brexit trading arrangements.

    On Saturday Boris Johnson told reporters that he believes the issue can be sorted out and agreed to with “goodwill”.
