    The Prime Minister said a resolution to the row with the European Union was “easily doable”.

    It comes as Joe Biden is expected to warn Boris Johnson not to “imperil” Northern Ireland’s peace process, after the EU warned that its patience was “wearing very, very thin” on post-Brexit trade issues.
