Boris Johnson has explained the winding down of COVID-19 measures in England, during a news conference held with Chris Whitty and Patrick Vallance.

Self-isolation rules are to end this Thursday and free testing is to end on 1 April, as the PM says we must ‘learn to live with the virus’.
