The Telegraph published this video item, entitled “Boris Johnson: ‘I can’t give you figures’ on contacts missed through COVID testing ‘glitch'” – below is their description.
Boris Johnson was unable to say how many contacts of positive coronavirus cases had been missed as a result of the testing fiasco. The Prime Minister echoed comments made by Therese Coffey, Work and Pensions Secretary, who was also unable to put a figure on it this morning, despite admitting that “there may well be” people who were not self-isolating after coming into contact with individuals who had tested positive because those results had not been entered into the system.
