    Prime Minister Boris Johnson says the overwhelming majority of people will work together to get the coronavirus R-rate down during England’s new four-week lockdown. “We can do this, we will do this by December 2, and I have every confidence we will be able – if we follow this package of measures – people will be able to have as normal a Christmas as possible, and we will be able to get things open before Christmas,” he said in a press conference on Thursday.
