    Boris Johnson has said that a second nationwide lockdown is “the last thing anyone wants” but has admitted that the UK is “now seeing a second wave” of coronavirus. Mr Johnson said that the prospect of a second wave was “inevitable” following the spread of Covid-19 in France, Spain and across Europe.
