An investigation has been launched in Los Angeles, after a 14-year-old girl was shot and killed when police opened fire in a department store.

Valentina Orellana-Peralta, who was shopping for clothes with her mother, was hit by a stray bullet while hiding in a changing room, as officers fired at a suspect.

A warning that this report shows the moments before and after the shooting.
