    Zhang Yong, the commander of China’s biggest nonprofit civil rescue organization, Blue Sky Rescue, told CGTN that his team has dispatched several teams to Zhengzhou, the capital city of Henan Province, to join the rescue work. Their main task is to relocate people stranded in the flood to safe places.
