Losing most of his eyesight has not deterred Japan’s Ryusei Ouchi from developing his skateboarding skills. The 21-year-old performs moves with the help of a cane and after careful survey of the site beforehand. The blind skateboarder was thrilled by the sports’ Olympic debut at the Tokyo 2020 Games and hopes that it will soon become part of the Paralympics.
