    New COVID-19 cases are surging in a shocking manner in India, making it one of the worst-hit countries in the world. The country’s death toll surpassed 200,000 on Wednesday. People crowded the capital city New Delhi’s black markets for oxygen as hospitals are scrambling for more oxygen, beds and ventilators.
