    President Joe Biden on Monday said he had a “positive and productive” meeting with Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan during a NATO summit in Brussels.

    Biden added he was “confident” both countries would work toward progress together. He made the remarks during a news conference at NATO headquarters.
