Biden accuses Trump of ‘abuse of power’ over US Supreme Court vacancy | Ruth Bader Ginsburg

The Telegraph published this video item, entitled “Biden accuses Trump of ‘abuse of power’ over US Supreme Court vacancy | Ruth Bader Ginsburg” – below is their description.

Joe Biden has accused Donald Trump of an “abuse of power” over his plans to nominate a new US Supreme Court justice before the election. The president has said he will, this week, nominate a woman to replace Ruth Bader Ginsburg, the liberal icon who died of cancer aged 87 on Friday. Speaking in Philadelphia, Mr Biden said Mr Trump was abusing his position by taking the action so close to an election, when some states had already started early voting, and should wait until November 3 to see who wins the White House.
