    UN investigators say the Belarus government has detained 20,000 people in the two months since disputed elections. With President Alexander Lukashenko ignoring a weekend ultimatum to leave office, the opposition has called for days of strikes. But as FRANCE 24 correspondent Gulliver Cragg reports from Minsk, only a minority of workers have heeded that call.
