Beirut explosion: Macron urges reform as officials seek to shift blame over blast | ITV News

The French president Emmanuel Macron has visited Beirut after a huge explosion in the city on Tuesday killed at least 135 people. Mr Macron warned that without serious reforms Lebanon will “continue to sink”.
