Beijing, Shanghai step up screening measures to limit imported COVID-19 cases

Big cities in China have stepped up screening measures to curb imported cases. The country’s Civil Aviation Administration has announced that all international passenger flights bound for Beijing will be diverted to 12 designated entry points from March 23. Shanghai will also conduct nucleic acid testing on all passengers coming from countries and regions that have not been severely affected.
