China Tuesday expressed serious concerns about Japan’s decision to discharge contaminated water from Fukushima nuclear station by releasing it into the Pacific Ocean. Meanwhile, the United States has expressed support for the decision to dump nuclear wastewater into the ocean. Asked about this, Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson called on the United States to attach genuine importance to environmental issues.
