With more than 60 per cent of its adults vaccinated and its daily COVID-19 infections significantly dipping, British Columbia is slowly reopening its businesses this week, and has also unveiled its four-phase restart plan to hopefully get back to normal by September.
It is also joining major provinces like Ontario and Quebec that are also gradually reopening, after also seeing a decline in their case numbers. Eric Sorensen looks at the steps these provinces are taking to get back on track and how they compare.
