    Al Jazeera has been given rare access to the town of Fuzuli which was recently recaptured by its forces. Almost all of the town is in ruins. Azerbaijan’s government says it will be inviting international experts to assess damages before going to international courts against what it calls Armenian “war crimes and vandalism”. Al Jazeera’s Osama Bin Javaid reports from Fuzuli, a territory recently retaken by Azerbaijan, where he spoke to the Azeri president’s special adviser. –
