    We know that Australians with a disability are less likely to find work and if they do statistics show they will be paid less than half what their colleagues get.

    The Disability Royal Commission heard the rate of disabled Australians employed or looking for work has not budged since 2005.

    The Drum’s Stephanie Boltje spoke to two people who gave evidence.
