The Australian government is hoping a travel bubble with Singapore will become operational in July. The deal could also see the island nation being used as a quarantine hub, so travellers entering Australia via Singapore won’t have to quarantine in Australia, and thousands of Australians stranded overseas could possibly get home sooner.
