With sales in full swing and Christmas less than a month away, Australia Post is now preparing for its peak delivery period.

To meet demand it’s fast-tracked a major new facility here in Sydney to help gifts arrive in time.

The 20,000 square metre facility in Botany is capable of processing more than 100,000 parcels daily, bringing Australia Post’s total processing capacity in NSW to almost 1.5 million parcels per day.
