    Myanmar’s deposed leader Aung San Suu Kyi and her Australian economic advisor, Sean Turnell, have been charged with violating the country’s official secrets act.

    The charges come almost eight weeks after the military seized power in a coup, and as the Junta continues a violent crackdown on opponents to the new regime.

    South-east Asia Correspondent Mazoe Ford reports from Bangkok.
