At least 9 killed, 17 wounded in twin blasts in Philippines

At least nine people were killed and 19 others wounded after two #explosions hit the town of Jolo, the capital of the southern province of #Sulu in the #Philippines on Monday. Police said the blasts were caused by a motorcycle loaded with explosive devices.
