At least 15 people were killed after train crushes home-bound migrant workers sleeping on tracks in India’s southwestern state of Maharashtra. Officials say the victims are migrant laborers, who were thought to be traveling to their home villages. Under the country’s coronavirus lockdown, all public transport has been suspended, forcing jobless migrants to walk long distances home. Officials believe the workers were sleeping on the railway tracks when the tragedy occurred. Local media reports that one survivor has been admitted to hospital with injuries. #India
