Armenia and Azerbaijan accuse each other of provocations

Al Jazeera English published this video item, entitled “Armenia and Azerbaijan accuse each other of provocations” – below is their description.

Armenia and Azerbaijan have been trading blame for a flare-up of violence at the border earlier this week. Azerbaijan’s president says Armenia is behind what it calls a “large-scale military provocation”.

Its ministry of defence accused Armenian forces of planting mines in the Nagorno-Karabakh region during a ceasefire.

Meanwhile, Armenian soldiers say they were taken by surprise by drone strikes.

Al Jazeera’s Tony Cheng is in Jermuk, one of the cities that was hit in Armenia.
