An investigation by the Arab coalition into the bombing of a funeral in the Yemeni capital of Sanaa says coalition warplanes carried out the strike and is blaming it on bad information.
Speaking to Al Jazeera from Riyadh, Mansoor al-Mansoor, spokesman for the Joint Incidents Assessment Team (JIAt), said the location in Sanaa was targeted without permission and because of a failure to observe the strict rules of engagement.
