    • U.S. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo delivered a speech last week seeking to build a broad anti-#China alliance. The Washington Post reported he has coordinated four major speeches against China since June. The Los Angeles Times reported that President Donald Trump wants an alliance to oppose China, and it’s starting to take shape. The alliance may range from Britain to India, Japan to Australia, and can even include some Southeast Asian countries. Could the alliance work? How could they confront China?
