    Talks were resuming in Vienna on Thursday in efforts to rescue the 2015 Iranian nuclear deal. Iran is seeking the lifting of US sanctions, while America wants Iran to return to compliance on enrichment targets. FRANCE 24’s international affairs editor Armen Georgian says both sides know they cannot maintain their positions if progress is to be made in the talks.
