The global tourism industry has been hit hard by the Covid-19 pandemic. Brian Linden, an American who owns a hotel in Dali, in southwest China, said he is receiving fewer guests. To Linden, his hotel is a place where people from around the world can learn about various cultures, but due to the declining business that’s not been possible. Despite the impact from the pandemic, Linden is hopeful that business will recover.
